Frank J. Kupiec - Owner/Advisor

Frank has been involved in commercial real estate since 1995 and has closed in excess of $750 million in real estate transactions. He holds an advisory position with CPS Properties focusing on transactions and issues related to the hotel and restaurant industries including property and business sales, leasing, development/redevelopment, property conversions and restructurings.

Frank spent more than 2 years with CB Richard Ellis in Naples specializing in property sales and leasing. Prior to his move to Florida, Frank was a charter member of a market analysis group within a major national real estate brokerage in Phoenix, Arizona. Frank is a Chicago native and has worked on acquisitions and dispositions for a large REIT based in Chicago and also has experience in construction lending with GMAC Commercial Mortgage.

Frank received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University and is a member of the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association. He is also a CCIM candidate.

Jennifer has more than 8 years of industry experience. She began her career in Chicago working for one of the largest commercial mortgage banks in the country. Subsequently, Jennifer was an integral part of a prominent Chicago financial management company and assisted clients with creating and implementing investment strategies. She also worked for several international commercial real estate brokerages. Her Florida experience includes a hospitality position with the former Registry Resort (now Naples Grande) in which she gained invaluable insight into the hotel and restaurant industries.

Jennifer is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors and also volunteers her time at The Humane Society Naples.
